Shipping

Everything is posted from Melbourne with Australia Post. We only ship within Australia at the moment.

What it costs

• Standard $5 — usually 2–6 business days, depending how far you are from Melbourne.
• Express $10 — usually 1–3 business days.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $60.

When it goes out

Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday are normally packed and posted that afternoon. Anything later goes out the next business day. If we are away, the banner at the top of the site and the checkout page will both tell you the date your parcel will actually move — we would rather you knew before you paid.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number once the parcel is lodged. Australia Post scans can lag by a day; if nothing has moved after three business days, email us and we will chase it.

Packaging

Porcelain is packed in bubble wrap inside a padded satchel. If something arrives broken, photograph it before you unwrap any further and email us — we will sort it out.

Lost parcels

If a tracked parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and either replace the item or refund you. We do not ask you to chase Australia Post yourself.
