Privacy

We are a very small shop and we collect as little about you as we can get away with.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, delivery address, email address and what you bought. We need these to send you a parcel.
• Anything you write to us — the contact form and emails you send.

What we never see

Your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own page; we receive confirmation that you paid and the last four digits, nothing more.

Where it lives

Order records sit on our own server in Sydney, and in the Stripe dashboard. Email runs on our own mail server. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

Cookies

Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our server, and it stays there until you clear it. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Getting it back or getting rid of it

Email hello@porcelaindreams.com.au and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — except records we are required to keep for tax purposes, which is five years for a sale.

Children

The shop is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please order with a parent.
